Bump the backend to 0.2.41 and the Quest app to versionCode 2 / 0.2.0-quest. They ship together because the app's game kit fingerprints runtime/include, and a 0.2.40 installation's headers no longer match it, so WheelWizard's Build for Quest needs the matching setup.
