feat: 加 Dumper 类目；删 sources.json 过时的 kstuff-toggle 条目

- CATEGORY_RULES 新增 Dumper 规则（dump），放在 Launcher 之前，让 ps5-app-dumper
  正确归入 Dumper 而非 Launcher（原描述里 'fakepkg' 的 pkg 子串误命中 Launcher）。
- sources.json 删除 kstuff-toggle 条目：release 只发 zip，脚本删 zip 支持后永远
  被 skip，描述还在说 'extract kstuff-toggle-3.elf' 误导维护者。
