    PatchDL 0.0.1

    The first release.

    Highlights

    • Lists every installed game with its version.
    • Finds the newest official update for each game, limited to updates your firmware can run.
    • Downloads the update and installs it with the console's own installer.
    • Web UI on port 12880. On startup a notification on the TV shows the address.

    Known limits

    • Install progress shows in the PS5's own notifications, not in the web UI yet.
    • No download queue yet, and settings don't survive a restart yet.
    • Disc games need the disc inserted.

    Install

    Download patchdl_0.0.1.elf below, send it to your PS5 with the ELF loader you already use, and open the address from the notification on your TV.

    PatchDL downloads official, unmodified updates for games already installed on your console. Not affiliated with Sony Interactive Entertainment.
