Jason Yundt 33d338e2e8 Removed note on ppa update for Index audio 
Both of the reqired patches have been applied to the kernel in the PPA.
Audio now works with AMD cards while running that kernel.

Ubuntu's HWE stack now provides new enough X for direct mode with SteamVR, so it's been dropped from the PPA.
