Using the cached zero value is less efficient than loading it in to the
register for all these cases.
Lets us use rename hardware more efficiently and removes a dependency
chain on a single register.
Original:

mov z31.d, p7/m, z2.d

Result:

movi v16.2d, #0x0
<... 16 more times>
