Ryan Houdek 74e2f189f1 Implements MASKMOVQ and MASKMOVDQU 
Without supporting phis this entire loop needs to be unrolled.

I just found out while reading the x86 documentation that this
instruction is explicitly a weakly ordered memory operation.
So this operation can be changed over to a couple vector conditional
loadstores soon after merging

Ryan Houdek 0c7c7ba670 Removes undefined behaviour in our unit tests 
Most of these were relying on the upper 16bits of the 80bit MM registers
to be zero.
This isn't necessarily true as one will find out when running this under
the host runner.

Ryan Houdek adb9b111ca Fixes crash when SSA value has size of zero 
In the case of an invalid SSA destination size, the IR validation pass
would catch it and then when printing the IR it would crash with a
divide by zero.
Fixes that.

66 prefix /does/ change behaviour because that is the operand size
prefix.

Additionally the immediate variant will also modulo the result.
So that needs to be checked for

Confirmed with manual on upcoming host-side unit test runner

This allows us to only check for the lower 64bits of the MM registers
when doing MMX ops for example.
Top 16bits in that case is undefined and needs to be ignored

Ryan Houdek 672be71903 Forces FEXLoader to use unified memory 
The non-unified memory path is completely untested and broken now with
the ELFLoader.
Just not allow it now

Ryan Houdek 22e658e36d Foces the test harness runner to use unified memory 
All the previous fixed offset problems are now fixed so we can flick
this on.

We still allocate memory regions at fixed addresses, but due to
enforcing pie this is fine.

Ryan Houdek 5bd02fb003 Fixes CASP IR op on interpreter when unified memory is enabled 
Noticed by Stef on 09/09/2020 as a curious code block that was failing
Forgot about it until now since we couldn't see exactly where it was
wrong

Code block was mixing x87 (Which forces a fallback to Interpreter) and
cmpxchg8b, which caused that code block to fail.

Since this op was broken with Unified Memory + Interpreter it wasn't
picked up by unit tests since those don't run in unified memory

Scott Mansell 5048753e37 Undo limitation of ASHR to 32/64bit 
This should really be done later in a sperate PR.

 1. We don't have proper unit test coverage
 2. I still didn't get this right at time of removal
 3. I haven't done the jit changes to go along with this.
