FEX argument will no longer exist in `/proc/<pid>/cmdline` after this
PR. Ensure this tool still works.
After #5097 is merged, one can use regular `pidof` for Linux
applications, but this is still useful as it finds Wine applications
running with FEX as well.
I may have gotten carried away.
- I missed some stuff for end parenthesis because I accidentally
searched within project files instead of the entire directory (so some
thunk/test/windows stuff was missed), cleaned those up.
- `INTERFACE`, `PUBLIC`, `PRIVATE`, `RUNTIME`, `LIBRARY` should be on
the same line as the target name. (I should really invest in making a
style guide...)
- Some short statements were unnecessarily split across multiple
lines--cleaned those up
- Made a common `LinkerGC` module that applies gc-sections etc. to a
target in Release mode
- Usually for functions you want to have something on the first line,
e.g. `FILES`/`DIRECTORY` for install, or the target/a positional
argument, etc etc. Not always though, notably for some custom_command
calls
TODO:
- What's with the `list(APPEND LIBS...)` stuff? It's used really
inconsistently, sometimes not at all, sometimes it looks like there're
duplicates? A more thorough cleanup is in order there.

- Some CMake LSPs have aneurysms when you put the end parenthesis on a
different line. Annoying? Yes, but this is all we can really do about
it for now.
- `set`, `option`, and `message` should not have spaces before their
opening parenthesis.

Trivial fix, if a symlink gets deleted between checking if it is a
symlink versus getting a path of it then it resulted in a crash.
Happened periodically for me.
Still creates a copy of FEXInterpreter from FEX for downstream projects
to have some time to get off the old name. Creating a symlink is kind of
a pain in cmake so just doing an install copy is easy.
I kept finding I needed `./fex_shm_stats_read `FEXpidof Celeste.exe``
but FEXpidof wasn't ever wired up to find FEX in the face of emulating
wine and arm64 wine.
This adds two new features basically:
- If x86 wine is being emulated, then walk the argument list just like
our config options to see what the program executable name is.
- If it is arm64 wine using FEX, then we need to detect that, and walk
the arguments in a similar fashion
The detection is the main thing here in that the only way to detect FEX
for arm64 wine is checking the applications mapped files and seeing if
it is mapping arm64ecfex.dll or wow64fex.dll.
x86 Wine is easy since that's just skipping the wine{64,}{-preloader,}
arguments to get to the executable name.
This behaves exactly like pidof but only searches for FEX applications.
This fixes a long standing annoyance of mine that pidof doesn't work for
FEX. This behaves exactly like pidof but knows how to decode the command
line options to pull out the program data.
If the Linux kernel ever accepts the patches for binfmt_misc to change
how the interpreter is handled then this will become redundant, but
until that happens here is a utility that I want.
