Run Note: 2026-06-22

Summary

  • Full watch pass completed after rerunning with Homebrew python3 and dotnet on PATH; a later post-launch pass on the same date captured Steam Machine public availability.
  • Steam Machine is now public in Valve store APIs:
    • App 4165910: package group present, coming_soon=False, release date Jun 30, 2026, starting price $1,049.00 US / £879.00 UK.

After stripping line-number churn, Machine-specific focused signals had no substantive additions, while Frame/hardware signals gained new/renamed setup-tour and wireless-adapter localization strings.
  • steam_client_publicbeta_linuxarm64 moved from 1781329812 to 1781911235; bins_hardware_linuxarm64 did not change.
  • Customs still shows the newest high-signal rows from 2026-06-17; no newer rows appeared in this pass.
  • SteamDB was still marked challenge-prone by the summary, but the watcher collected usable package rows; all four watched Machine packages are now details_available. SteamVR depot pages were blocked or unavailable in automated fetches. Komodo is now reachable through the dedicated Chrome fallback.
