Riivolution XML maps that folder onto `/patches` and `/sound`. `ModLibraryTest`

**My profiles**, between Home and Patches, is the PC's UserProfilePage
(`ProfilesPage`, `ProfileStore`, `RksysProfiles`, `RetroWfc`), with the PC's sidebar
profile card above General (`SidebarProfileCard`). Like the PC it reads Retro Rewind's
save only (`riivolution/save/RetroWFC/RMCP/rksys.dat`): the four licences with their
name, friend code (derived from the profile ID as `FriendCodeGenerator` does), VR, BR
and race counts, the VR and BR replaced by Pulsar's `RRRating.pul` in the NAND when it
knows the profile, as the PC's `RRratingReader` does. Retro WFC's public API gives the
rest: a licence is Online (card glow) while its friend code is in a room
(`/api/roomstatus`, asked again every 30 s while the page is shown), its VR history
comes from `/api/leaderboard/player/<fc>/history?days=N`, and its Mii picture is the
64-pixel PNG of `/api/leaderboard/player/<fc>`, kept on disk for the sidebar. The
headset has no Mii database (`RFL_DB.dat`), so this picture stands in for the PC's
rendered Mii, and a licence never taken online shows a silhouette. Badges come from
WheelWizard's `badges.json`. It only reads: Rename and change Mii need that database,
and the PC's region picker is gone since the Quest runs PAL only. The card and the
carousel sit side by side on the wide panel. `RksysProfilesTest` and `RetroWfcTest`
cover the parsing.
The launcher follows the runtime's rules exactly. `TomlConfig` edits one line
the way `RuntimeConfigFile::WriteSetting` does, and every edit re-reads the file,
so values the in-headset panel wrote are kept. Each row reads its key with the
