Subject: [PATCH] Release 0.2.42 and Quest app 0.3.0

Bump the backend to 0.2.42 and the Quest app to versionCode 3 / 0.3.0-quest.
This release carries the Windows Vulkan OpenXR binding, so it ships the custom
Dawn DLL that exports the Aurora Vulkan ABI.
