<runtimeDir>/steam-frame-nix/vr-pet: icon.png when it links to a
*-vr-pet-icons store icon, its empty .lock and stray .icon.tmp.* links,
then the directory; kept by --orphans --keep pet. The empty runtime
directory now also goes with --orphans.
