Subject: [PATCH] tooling: ps4-check.sh (one-command console evidence pull) +
 compress boundary rule

- scripts/ps4-check.sh: install.log/log.txt tails, status/diag/gen,
  staged PKG list, local-vs-remote payload size diff. Multi-file probe
  so a refused directory listing can't read as 'console offline'.
