Paulo Matos af4e9ceeed Remove vestigial options from workflows 
FEX_ENABLEAVX was removed. Settings for host features should use
FEX_HOSTFEATURES but actually FEX_HOSTFEATURES=enableavx has different
behaviour, so we don't enable it.
