Implicitly adding "-c" breaks argument passing for scripts. For example, the
command "FEXBash ./steam.sh -silent" will process steam.sh but the script
wouldn't see the "-silent" argument previously.
Still creates a copy of FEXInterpreter from FEX for downstream projects
to have some time to get off the old name. Creating a symlink is kind of
a pain in cmake so just doing an install copy is easy.
Previously, the first attempt to look up a FEXInterpreter would always
fail due to a missing path separator.
Additionally, fallback lookup now uses /proc/self/exe to find a path relative
to the FEXBash executable. The previous use of FindContainerPrefix does not
seem to be required anymore in current Steam versions.
Removes a global initializer and atexit registration
Ownership of this data has always been the frontend and the config
system, we just used these static vectors as a side-channel.
FEXCore has no need to understand how to load these layers. Which
requires json parsing.
Move these to the frontend which is already doing the configuration
layer setup and initialization tasks anyway.
Means FEXCore itself no longer needs to link to tiny-json which can be
left to the frontend.
