Handling this safely requires blocking all compilation for the duration
of the read, as fault-based tracking doesn't work when wine's unix side
itself is the one performing the write into the RWX region (we cannot
catch unix faults).
Fixes a startup crash in Persona 5.
Theoretically, another thread could run after the reprotection but
before the invalidation, write some code and jump to it but end up
jumping to old code as the invalidation is yet to occur. Fix this by
locking the invalidation mutex, invalidating and only then reprotecting.
As section permissions are set on the unix side we don't get a
protection callback for them, workaround this by iterating over
the sections of all executables after mapping and tracking the RWX
ones.
When thread management was moved to the frontend, invalidation moved
from being a global operation to per-thread but the WOW64 backend wasn't
updated to account for this. Now for any invalidation event loop over
all threads tracked by the frontend and invalidate the appropriate
range.
