Common: Remove duplicated StringUtil functionality
...
We already have an equivalent header within FEXCore that's header only,
so we can adapt it to conform for both cases, allowing for removal of
one of them.

GdbServer: Fixes thread name setting
...
When parsing `comm`, by default it will have a newline which breaks gdb
in some cases. Strip out the whitespace to fix that issue.
